Someone I know should throw a formal event so I could have an excuse to purchase one of these beautiful dresses. On the left is a Dalia MacPhee Strapless Pleated Ruffle Chiffon Gown (from Nordstroms). I love that the tiered ruffles would create interest without adding too much volume or fake or ugly bling. I think its really classy. On the right is a Badgley Mischka Strapless Silk Chiffon Gown (from Saks) - currently 50% off. It looks relatively simple in the still photo, but when the model walks its really something special. Truly beautiful.
